I would like to invoice Chicago Center for Women's Health $50 for wasting my time.
I made a tele-health appointment a month ago, submitting my HSA payment card and all pertinent medical records. I signed CCWH's various forms--none of which outlined their apparent "pre-payment policy". Two days prior to my appointment, a rude woman called at an inconvenient time on a Saturday to ask for $46 for my "co-insurance" payment. I told her that I do not pre-pay for healthcare, especially because they were unable/unwilling to send any documentation on what the charge was (a legal requisite of HSA spending). I reminded her that they have my payment card on file, and they could post the charge after I received documentation of the charges.
The following Monday, merely 24 minutes before my appointment time, the same snarky office woman called again demanding pre-payment, and again would not provide any billing statement. When I refused, she canceled my appointment.
Very irritating, but I will consider it an important red flag to steer clear of this practice.

I have been going to Dr Furlong for years I love her and so happy I have her as my doctor. She listens to your questions and comes up with a solution without hesitation. She and her staff are very delightful and helpful I would recommend her and her team in a heartbeat.

It is a joy to visit the office of Dr. Furlong. The staff at the front desk are friendly, easy to talk with and this helps me not to be nervous about my visit. Dr Furlong not only listen to you, she also explains what is going and steps taken in my care. An awesome doctor.

Dr.Furlong kept trying to help me,with my incontinentance.over and over. She never stopped trying she was successful. I do not have infections any longer.
